1. Using Nibbles
These terms apply to your use of Nibbles, a meal-logging and general-wellness app operated by [COMPANY]. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to these terms through [VERIFIED ACCEPTANCE FLOW]. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must give accurate information where the app needs it to provide a feature. Keep access to your device and account secure. Contact hello@lit.dog if you believe someone else has accessed your account. The app may create a device-associated account without requiring an email address; recovery options depend on the account-linking features available in your version.
2. General wellness, not medical advice
Nibbles offers estimates and general information. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, prescribe medication, or replace professional medical advice. The coach is AI software, not a doctor, dietitian or emergency responder.
Food-photo recognition, portion sizes, nutrient calculations, calorie targets and weight projections can be wrong. Check and edit meal entries before relying on them. A projection is not a promised result or a measured medical outcome. Do not use Nibbles to set a medication dose, manage an urgent condition, or make a medical decision without qualified advice.
Ask a qualified healthcare professional whether a weight or nutrition plan is appropriate for you, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an eating-disorder concern. Do not delay professional care because of an app response. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Nibbles does not continuously monitor your messages or summon help.
3. AI features and your content
AI features require the separate permissions described in the privacy policy. Where enabled, third-party services can process submitted photos, text, coach messages, and relevant health context. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate output. You remain responsible for reviewing an entry or suggestion before accepting it. Do not upload content you are not entitled to share, or unnecessary information about another person.
You keep your rights in your own content. You give [COMPANY] the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to provide the features you request and maintain the service under the privacy policy. This permission does not authorize advertising use, sale of health data, or general-purpose model training. We do not promise that AI-generated content is unique or eligible for exclusive ownership.
4. Free and paid features
Nibbles may offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. The purchase screen identifies the price, billing period, included features, applicable limits, and any trial or introductory offer. Available features and offers can vary by region and version. Do not rely on a development or simulator price.
A paid plan can have usage limits. We do not promise unlimited AI requests, uninterrupted provider access, or a specific health result. 5. Subscriptions, trials and renewal
Apple processes App Store purchases through your Apple Account. The purchase confirmation shows the amount and period you authorize. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel under Apple's applicable cancellation process.
If you receive a free trial, it converts to the paid subscription shown when you accepted the offer unless you cancel in time. Trial eligibility and timing depend on the App Store offer. For a free or discounted trial, Apple advises cancellation at least 24 hours before it ends. Do not wait for an app reminder to cancel. Notifications can be disabled or delayed. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device's Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Nibbles account does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; the access end date follows the App Store record and applicable law. Offer-specific trial rules can differ.
Use Restore on the Nibbles paywall with the Apple Account that made the purchase to restore eligible subscription access. Consumable purchases are not restored in the same way. If restoration fails, contact hello@lit.dog. Refund requests for App Store purchases can be made through Apple's refund process. Your mandatory consumer rights remain available. 6. Acceptable use
Do not use Nibbles to break the law, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Do not bypass technical limits, create abusive automated traffic, or use the app to obtain harmful medical instructions. Use the coach for its stated personal-wellness purpose.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats or unlawful use. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Suspension does not remove rights that the law gives you concerning paid services or personal information.
7. Privacy and account deletion
The privacy policy explains data handling, AI providers, Apple Health, retention, and your choices. You can request export or deletion through [VERIFIED SETTINGS PATH] or [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Export and deletion have the limitations stated in that policy, including the minimal marker used to prevent a deleted account from being recreated by delayed operations.
You must cancel an Apple subscription separately if you no longer want it to renew. Deleting one meal is not the same as deleting the account and all associated server records. Keep any copies you need before deleting the account.
8. Service changes and availability
We may update Nibbles to fix errors, improve safety or meet legal and platform requirements. AI and other third-party services may be unavailable. We will give [APPROVED NOTICE] for material changes that affect your paid service, and provide any remedy required by law.
9. Responsibility and consumer rights
We do not guarantee a particular weight change or the accuracy of every AI estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning digital content and services.

10. Law, disputes and contact
